Bei by Beidoun will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in mint condition i.e. unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
Refunds or exchanges taking place within 24 hours of the date of purchase are required to have their original receipt(s) with them, and include valuables such as jewelry, watches, eyewear, leather goods, and perfumes. Other items will require 14 days from the date of purchase to be exchanged or refunded.
